the journey
of you
Your systemic coaching with Philipp von Heßberg
Are you looking for change and don't know why, when, how and with what goal?
Do you think you are constantly running after something and have lost sight of why you started in the first place?
Are you at a point in your life where you long to do something that fills you with more meaning?
Are you at a crossroads in your life's journey and don't know how to decide between the forks in the road?
Sometimes life just lives, and you are confronted with changes you didn’t want – or didn’t expect. Even if such situations sometimes feel unfair or forced upon you: How do you react to such a change? Is it about staying true to your journey and values despite changing circumstances, or do you want to adapt your course more fundamentally to the new environment?
with your systemic coach Philipp von Heßberg
As a systemic coach, I would like to support you with the above questions and work with you to find and shape your own individual journey. Whether professionally or privately – in coaching, we always look at your questions in the context of your environment, i.e. your relationships and interactions with others, and together, we recognise the patterns and dynamics in your various social systems. In this way, we can develop solutions for you in the following situations, among others, that specifically suit you and your environment.
- Taking on a new Role
- Taking on a leadership position
- Movin House
- Planning or starting a family
My life, my journey and my work as a systemic coach
I grew up in a small village and enjoyed the freedom of living in the countryside as a child. Despite all the endlessness of exploring forests and meadows perceived as a child, I already desired stability at that time, shown by countless “camp buildings” or attempts to build up a field that could be cultivated agriculturally. Even though I did not become a farmer, these two forces – the curiosity for new things and the building of stability – still drive my life today.
Later, I studied business informatics part-time and began my career as an IT consultant in a large global company. I quickly took on various roles and increasing responsibilities – from project management to team leadership and personnel responsibility to responsibility for the entire portfolio of a corporate division in an international context.
Today I live and work in Riyadh and Munich. The intercultural exchange that accompanies this enriches me tremendously and always opens up the chance to discover myself and others in a completely new way and to understand them better. A central focus of my work as a consultant is leading change processes. From the beginning, I have been fascinated by the underlying questions and drivers of change: What motivates us? Why do we act the way we do? How can we break through old patterns? This interest ultimately led me to the training to become a systemic coach. Since then, I have been accompanying people on their very individual journeys.
Amid constant change, I value the stability in my life, whether through long-term friendships or hobbies such as hiking or road cycling.
This also applies to my path of self-discovery. Whether I was confronted with family conflicts, setbacks, mental health issues or the question of what I want from life – the balance between staring inner demons in the eye on the one hand and calling on my resources to recharge on the other was always crucial. Even though I have learnt that the meaning of life is not predefined and that there is no single path to a “life goal”, I firmly believe that each of us can live a fulfilled and meaningful life.
... and move towards a fulfilled life with my coaching.
As your coach, I support you in discovering this meaning for yourself and in actively shaping your own personal journey. I support you in choosing (or maybe building first) the right tools for your journey and accompany you when things don’t go as planned.
Every person and every life is unique, and I consider it a great privilege to share a part of your journey.

1. Take the first step and contact me
Get in touch with me by phone, email, or contact form – choose the channel that suits you best, and we will arrange an initial meeting to get to know each other.
2. Let's find out if we're a good fit
The first meeting will be a video call, in which it’s about us getting to know each other and you briefly telling me about your topic. You don’t have to have a specific question yet. We don’t start working on your topic here just yet. It is more about both of us getting a feeling for whether it “fits” and whether we can imagine working together on your topic.

Then, the actual coaching starts. On average, this takes four to six sessions. Depending on the topic, it can go faster or take longer. Therefore, the number of sessions is not fixed per se but depends entirely on your topic.
A coaching session lasts 90 minutes on average to work intensively together.
- 4 - 6 sessions of 90 minutes each
- on site or via video call
- 260 € per session
- in German & English
4. get ready for your very own journey - keeping an eye on your progress
In the last session, we’ll reflect on the process. The objective is to allow you to review the change you have gone through and anchor the key learnings. It is also about working out how you will continue your journey after the coaching process without a coach.
